Our Multigrain Bread is an everyday loaf for sandwiches, soups and salads. It is made with a blend of grains and seeds, including rolled oats, millet, flax seeds and sunflower seeds, which give it a slightly nutty flavor and a gentle crunch.
The crust bakes up golden and lightly crisp, and the crumb is soft but hearty, so it holds up well under generous sandwich fillings and alongside a bowl of soup.
Ingredients: unbleached unbromated wheat flour, purified water, rolled oats, millet seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, wheat bran, contains 2% or less: yeast, salt, rye flour, molasses, malted barley flour, ascorbic acid, enzymes.
