Hand – shaped and fried to golden perfection, every Paczek achieves a beautifully crisp exterior with a soft, pillowy center. Once cooled, it’s generously filled with our proprietary fruit filling or velvety Bavarian cream, then finished with a dusting of fine sugar.

Polish Paczki from Our Elk Grove Village Bakery

Paczki (pronounced “POONCH-key”, singular: paczek) are traditional Polish filled doughnuts. You may also see them written as pączki, or searched for as paczi, pazki or paczski. Ours start with a rich yeast dough made with fresh eggs, butter and milk. Each one is hand-shaped, fried until golden and filled generously. They are made from scratch at our family bakery in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

Apricot, Bavarian Chocolate, Bavarian Powder, Blueberry, Cherry, Cream Cheese, Plum, Raspberry, Rose and Strawberry. Rose is a traditional Polish paczki filling.

Paczki delivery

Order paczki online and we will ship them by UPS 2-day delivery anywhere in the US (PO Boxes and rural routes excluded). Orders are processed the next business day. Our paczki are also sold at grocery stores across the Chicago area; see our Where To Buy page for a store near you.

Paczki Day

Paczki are the traditional treat for Fat Thursday in Poland and for Paczki Day (Fat Tuesday) in Chicago.

While every effort is made to package and secure baked goods for safe transport, once an order leaves our possession, we cannot guarantee that it will remain free from damage during transportation. Cakes, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods are delicate and may shift, crack, smudge, or otherwise become damaged due to road conditions, weather, handling, or other factors beyond our control.
